• The App is intended for general wellness purposes only.
• Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider before beginning any new exercise program, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, are experiencing pelvic pain, or have any concerns about your health.
• Results from using the App vary by individual, and we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.
• If you experience pain, discomfort, or any adverse symptoms while using the App, stop use and consult a healthcare professional.

Your use of the App is at your own risk. We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from use of the App.

Age Requirement

The App is intended for users aged 18 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The App is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly permit use by anyone under 18.

License & Restrictions

• You are not permitted to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, in whole or in part.
• You are not permitted to use our trademarks, branding, or any part of the App for any purpose without prior written consent.
• The App itself, along with all associated trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property, remains the property of AFG Studios.
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Purchases & Refunds

• Stamino is offered as a one-time purchase. There are no recurring subscription charges.
• All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google Play's refund policies. Generally, refund requests within 48 hours of purchase can be made directly through Google Play.
• For refund requests outside that window, or issues not resolved through Google Play, contact us at the email below and we will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
• We do not guarantee refunds outside of Google Play's standard policy.

Updates and Termination

• We are committed to keeping the App useful and functional. We reserve the right to make changes to the App, including its features, functionality, or pricing, at any time and for any reason.
• We may discontinue or stop providing the App at any time. Where reasonably possible, we will aim to provide notice of any discontinuation, but we are not obligated to do so.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AFG Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of health outcomes, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Any health decisions made based on information provided by the App
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
